Statements
You will have 24/7 easy web-based access to your financial statements, including disbursements of checks on or about the 10th of every month. The statements will detail the rent amount received, management fee deduction and any other disbursements made (HOA, Insurance, Taxes, etc.). You will also be able to view and download all your invoices.

Year End Reporting
A year-end report including a 1099 will be supplied to you. You may wish to consult a tax professional for further assistance.

Inspections
You may request a property inspection to be done at any time during a tenant’s tenure. This request must be made in writing.
